Dear Wells Fargo Victims.., I have never seen such a best management in Wells Fargo. There r many .... working at management level for this company., especially (QA manager) & (LOB head)..
They don’t read mails which come to their outlook., they feel some body should read & update the status.., below are the best management qualities both have..
You should know the below before u enter to their team...,
i. If you are from their community & the place where they belongs to.., u will get great hikes & appreciations
ii. If you ask about their family members., like how is your wife., your children., your dog.., etc.., etc..., then u will get On the Spot Awards & Rewards internally what they have defined like.., Qualities for "On the Spot"., "Best Performer"., "Star Performers" ..., etc..etc...
iii. If u invite them to your house, cook & serve the dishes which they like.., they will send you Onsite with in a week or 1 month...,
iv. If you praise them that they are the best managers.., & u should not involved much in project ., but much in organization initiative...you will get Promotion.., other Demotion...,
v. They are very good ......... try to understand the statement..,
vi. Few of the most important things about them are below
a. They can maintain families inside the org.., because they don’t want to waste single hr..
b. Excellent skills in observation like...they will give u accurate number & time with seconds...How many time u went to wash room & time spent in (like nature calls 1 number & 2 number )
