I recently booked one Denim comforter through Spaces-from Welspun India Ltd. website through online booking. and received confirmation mail & Text saying the product will be delivered in 48 working hours.
After one day I got a call from helpline saying the stock was not available. so I was very disappointed and told them to refund the amount even its their fault.
So the below reply I got.
Dear Sir,
Kindly note order no- 220000862, placed order through our website Spaces Youthopia Denim Blue single comforter - DNM 03 SS14, which is worth RS.2995, which is out of stock now, as per our telephonic conversation we refund your amount to your account back. Within 24 hours it will be credited in your account.
I received the above mail on 16th of April 2015. today its 25th of April 2015. No refund, nothing even after this much delay. such a lazy cheaters.
I waited till here and posting this as I planned this to gift for my sisters daughter birthday.
even the product was showing after raising the complaint in the website after 2 days also.
This is how the pathetic service it was offering for the customers.
Finally I got a very good comforter from Portico New York through online booking and a very nice service.
