Here I am giving the review of Wendy’s Resturant.
About -
Wendy’s is an American food chain Resturant. It was originated from America in 1969. It offers varities of fast food like - Burgers( Veg and NonVeg) , Fries, Cakes etc.
There is a lots of Wendy’s shop in India.
My Experience -
I had a visit in one of the Wendy’s court in Gurgaon Sector 29. At first there is big space for customers so that no one has to stand in Queue to eat.
When I visit to the counter then the menu the staff had given me was not offering more varities of item as compared to McDonalds and KFC but the staff was really great at service.
After deciding with my friends We had ordered 3 Burgers with Meals.
After ordering they gave us a card which holds a number that was the order number by which service boy could bring the correct order.
After that we sat down on a particular chair and start waiting for the food.
As the season was IPL, they were screening the match through Projector.
As I must have to say that the Infrastructure of Wendy’s was very good.
After 2 minutes sitting on table, One service boy came and serve us the cold drink with good quantity.
After 10 minutes they serve the Burgers and Fries that we had ordered.
As It was my first time in Wendy’s, as of now I was very impressed by their services. But when I started eating those Burger but I found It was not that good that I was expected.
The cheese and the spices were not tasty at all.
So, I had gone for the fries then I saw the peel of potatoes was there on each of thier fries. And the fries was so much baked and was so much crispy.
I told to my friend about that but as we found that it was their speciality which was so disgusting.
Because the fries must be soft and not that much crispy.
At last I tasted all three burger, and I found no more taste on the items that we received.
At last we enjoyed the match which was screening and left the Resturant.
So, guys here I am rating all the services and foods that I had found in Wendy’s.
Services - 4 out of 5
Fries - 2 out of 5
Burger( Veg) - 3 out of 5
Burger( NonVeg) - 3.5 out of 5
Overall - 3 out of 5
So, thats my experience in Wendy’s.
