I have auditioned many a MP3 players in a way to get to know more about MP3 players. And then there was a new player in the market. I purchased it and am fairly satisfied.the WESPRO WS512K looks like a compressed version of the SONY ERICSSON W550 I and a little like the MOTOROLA PEBL. Its so cute to look at specially with the 2 color OLED display.also the second best thing that hit me was the weight it is a mere 45Gms.now comes the best part it has 512 MB inbuilt.
Which is fairly enough for me and a card slot that can handle upto 2 GB(different kinds of Memory modules configuration).then there is a inbuilt FM tuner(fairly good reception and sound, FM recording possible).there is also a inbuilt MIC which enables recording( in different qualities). Equalizer modes.17 of them(good enough). The only downside are the earphones.the supplied earphones are so.so.however when I connected my SONY earphones(purchased eons ago for Rs.800 with my sony discman) all hell broke loose.
The BASS came live.instrument placement.and not to forget clarity.all in all the player is here to stay and would give likes of "transcend" and "yes" category a run for their money. Battery backup is for about 10hrs(that is what the company claims). There is also a 1 year warranty.and it is no longer available at https://homeshop18.com, but at https://wesproindia.com for Rs.1999.there are no CD’s free anymore with this MP3 player.
