Two months back I have visited west diagnostic centre lab for my friend check up. As he was suffered from viral fever so we decided to give blood test over there.I have found that diagnostic lab was maintained very well . There was a over crowd and queue for booking as well as to get the reports in the delivery line. we also standed in that line .They were doing the work very quickly and they are doing and managing the work very fastly in systematic manner.The surrounding atmosphere was very well maintained with waiting hall with chairs and also fans. so we don’t want to feel uncomfortable.The response and guidance from the staff was very polite and soft in nature.They also charging very low amount for the service provided there. The reports are delivered very quickly as per the time so we don’t want to waste our time .we can collect our reports as soon as possible without spoiling our work.I feel very happy for visiting this lab and staff was so kind they doing work very fastly so I suggest this lab for everyone who don’t want to waste their time.
