West Pioneer Property India Pvt Ltd has really poor service. Following are the key points to consider befire making any deal with them. I would rather say stay away from them. I stay at Kalyan A-108, Metro Residency.
Possession is delayed for more than 2 Years.
The constuction quality is very poor and you will find hell lots of problem including but not limited to:
Bathroom Slope
Tiles Gap Not filled up
Wash Basins Fitting Issue
Water Force is not throttled causing tap leakages and pipes breakage causing frequent expenses
No arrangement of Water Tank For All the bathrooms
Poor design of bathrooms causing less available space for use
No vision on car parking space
No Electricity meter installed Even After 2 Years of Possession
20 Feet building Surrounding road is widened by making the puzzle parking structure(8 Feet) which narrows the overall space available for walk
Video Door phone is not installed as promised
No Finishing for the Water Tank Slot
Drainage Water Bursting inside the house
Puzzle Parkings make you loose privacy of the flats.
Inappropriate Water Supply
Leakage all over the flat
I am sure I have not listed them all the faults. Please dont buy a flat in apartment built by West Pioneer Property India Pvt. Stay Away!
