I have been a frequent visitor at West Side Bangalore. Having visited the Commercial Street branch I must say the staff out there are really helpful. If you are looking for an item that you missed earlier and cannot find the same one after you visit the next time, they go the extra mile to find it for you.
The range of clothing also is nice and the plus sizes as well. However, they can add more to the range to compete with others.
Their products are really good. You should give them a try and you will not be dissatisfied. Not too sure about the ethnic wear though as I buy the western duds here. They have a good range.
