Recently bought a lady’s churidar set worth Rs.2600(Vark brand) and the sleeve material got torn at several places on the first use itself, even before first wash. In fact we have purchased other stuff also which is yet to be tested. Though a complaint was registered, the store did not bother to respond to the complaint. Extremely disappointed with this attitude from a reputed brand and that too from a newly opened outlet in Kollam.
