The clubwest staff at westside borivali deny giving birthday discount just because it isn’t updated in their system. This is inspite of telling them personally to write to the concerned department regarding the same atleast 2 weeks in advance. the status is still the name. such a slow and callous attitude is unacceptable by a brand of such repute. atleast they can ask the concerned person birthday proof and then verify in their system but instead are told to still wait as they are writing again. This is simply not done.
