Garuda Mall Location
So, I went to buy some clothes for my husband and I today. A very nice and helpful young man whose name tag only said Trainee, helped me search for kurtis, and all was going great until I reached the cash counter.
A hyper aggressive little girl whose tag said Sunitha, was too insistent on asking for membership card. I told her I do not wish to use the card anymore because after 5years of compromising my privacy at every purchase, Westside has given me nothing in return except a free panty, so I do not wish to have my every purchase tracked, there’s no justification for it.
She got really hyper and demanding, trying to coerce me into giving up my mobile number, etc. She absolutely would not take NO for an answer. I had to threaten to call management, only then did she shut her mouth and sullenly complete my purchase.
I have spent thousands of rupees at this store over the past 5 years, why can’t Westside’s management just shut up and be grateful for the sales? Why push this invasive purchase tracking scheme onto people?
I would give 5 stars if Sunitha had not harassed me so badly at the cash counter. Their male staff is good, but their female staff has mental problems!
