I had ordered a Samsung basic phone in Dec 2017 and paid with credit card.

even after 12 days there no update on the status so I requested a return upon which they said it will be refunded by feb 1st week.
After few months, when I checked my Credit card statement, there was no credit from whaaky.
Also when I tried to login to check the status, I was unable to and couldnt reset the password.
When I dropped several emails about the refund status, they said the order has been delivered but didnt receive any emails about delivery date, courier details.
