I am using online shooing option more the 5 years but I really shocked when I purchased product from whakky.com first time, they have 3rd class services & 5th class services.
They are not responding by phone or email. I purchased Samsung Guru order number S801162957, I received this order after 10 Days but both mobile phone are duplicate are not working properly.
I am trying whaaky customer care but nobody picking phone and they are replying by email. I think they are biggest fraud organization. So pls dont buy anything from whaaky.com
