I buyed a product on 4/03/2016 for 1099/- INR from this website. It was mentioned that I will receive the product in 1-4 days after the dispatch. Initially I didn’t received any confirmation about the order secondly when I contacted the customer care they sent me a copy of mail writing dispatch on urgent basis. Since then even the customer care is unavailable and my product is still not dispatched even. I am not even getting what to do?
As Its a prepaid order My order ID is S801252405.
My order is still undispached even after 15/03/2015.
I will go to the consumer forum if I didn’t get the refund or the product.
Guys please never buy anything from whaaky.com and create awareness so that the company closes. The startup is just opened in order to cheat people in the name of fake deals. They have nothing to serve as it seems to me till date. Share it wherever you want if you like this post.

After that I mentioned them the problem via mail that the product is faulty initially they didn’t reverted but finally got a mail from their side that the refund process will be initiated but please send us the product. I sent the product too their parcel back via courier that costed me 400 more and now my loss becomes 1499/-. I received the message in End may that my package has been received and refund will be initiated. Since then I received this message 5 times but the money has not been sent yet secondly it has been a really depressing journey for 3 month running after the merchant for last 3 months and in the end the parcel is returned, money is with merchant and you only at loss.
