I had ordered two items buy paying(Rs 399+Rs 799) through my ICICI Credit Card.
Item 1(Rs 799) ordered on 30th May, 2016 and there was no response. After 1 day I got the message your shipment is confirmed and will be dispatched in 7-8 working days.No items delivered in next 15 days.
Then I have ordered. Again next day I got message saying your shippment will be delivered in 7-8 working days. On 25th June, 2016 I got the shipment tracking number for DELHIVARY and then told they will deliver in 2-3 days.
Mean while I sent out Whaaky.com customer support mail cancelling my first order(799) but no reponse even after I sent out mail 10 times.
Then I saw my order 2 delivered at Office when opened item there were 3 shirts which are purely used one, defective, all are from different brands, no proper size.
Hence it is company trying to sell old and used goods through online but they are not honest like quicker or olx. KINDLY DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM WHAAKYA.COM AND WE NEED TO SREAD THIS MESSAGE EVERYWHERE IN INDIA SO THAT NO ONE WILL GET CHEATED LIKE ME.
