I placed order in August 2018 and got faulty product. I sent back at my own cot. Got the product back after a month with part missing and with same problem. Again I shipped back at my own cost and got assurance of refund. This happened in last week of Sep18 and till 18th Jan19 at 8-30 PM, I am still waiting for my refund. Whaaky meanwhile extended their refund date 4 times after every time I write them a mail asking for my refund. It is easier to climb mount Everest than getting someone to talk on whaakys given number. I have launched a complaint with consumer forum.
