I have ordered 2 MI 10400mAh Power Banks @ 799 and received as on 6 April 2016 however 1 Powerbank is faulty and is not working properly.

As per there instruction I have sent back there faulty product through professional courier which cost me 200 Rupees. Got confirmation from this company and was told that they will deliver the product within 4 working days( Email date-17 May) there after no communication. These guys are not picking up the phone and also not responding to my mail.
We need to really ban such companies which aim is just making fool by providing faulty products. People are get attracted by looking the low price. On a daily basis I got 2-3 mails from this cheater company by offering cheapest price.
Guys just don’t but anything from whaaky.com as this is fraud webside and selling duplicate and defected products.
