I had very bad online shopping experience with whaaky. This is the worst shopping site. I had purchased a Samsung mobile from whaaky.com. It was delivered after a period of month and the product was damaged and not in working condition when I received it. I returned the product and I spent my money to send the product back to them. Customer care facility is also very poor. Later I mailed them to take appropriate action but they didn’t even responded to my mails, later I requested for money back from them, for that they replied we will replace the product. Later once again I received the same as like dummy product which didn’t even worked. All of my money for the product and shipment charges are loss for me. I request viewers not to opt this site for any products. Even they sell products at so cheaper rates, which are actually fake products, so don’t ever go for it.
