I resently started using whatsapp for business, for my small and growing business. From day one the app showed minor bugs, It will stop working for some time, in between of a conversation it gets hang and I have to deal with angry customers. It doesn't show little red dot on app logo for notifications like new messages and unread messages because of this I miss my orders sometimes. My suggestion for those who are planning to use this app for their business, if you really care and want to have good customer relations then please do not use this app. I am looking for some good similar app, please help me if you now any good apps for business.
