Whatsapp is most popular IM service in India . Everyone is available on whatsapp. It provides basically all features that user wants without any junky ads .
What I found helpfull-
1- Delete for Everyone - Great feature that is necessary for some peoples but not for me
2-Video Compression- In initial states it limits the video size but current updates let us send daily videos it compresses it automatically
3-Media Download- Its must have option that I used to turn off all downloads of images and videos
4-Encrpytion- Messages of both sides are now encrypted which don’t allow any man in middle
5-PDF and Word Support allows to send and receive many study material
What I don’t Like
1-Fake News are Shared alot Misleading Others
2-Notification Reminder- It sends Notification for same msg again and again
3-Whatsapp uses our data to sell personalised ads on facebook
4-Unwanted Messages From unknown Numbers might disturb user privacy
My Opinion- Whatsapp is complete app that only require some inbuilt lockscreen type feature.So I will give 4.5/5
