Whatsapp is a one of the social media available in india.
It is stylish and simple in design.They always considering customer satisfaction.Messaging, image , document, image sharing can be done with it.
The image sharing and document sharing is very helpful for sharing notes .we are use this app as a medium to share our class notes .
Whatsapp use only few data .it is the main attractive ponit for me.
But video calling facility is not impress me because call quality is low.
And whatsapp reduce the size of image for data saving, but the image quality is also reduced .so it is not a platform for importent image sharing.when giving a chance for users to select size and quality of image it will be very helpful.
During group chat the audios are download automatically it will waste memery.I think that wants to give facility to off automatic audio downloading .
