It uses the Internet to send text messages, documents, images, etc to other users using standard cellular mobile numbers. It was on incorporated February 24, 2009 by Jan Koum and in 2014 it was acquired by Facebook.
I am using this aap from last 5 years and till now I have not faced any problem regarding it. It very much useful for me, its save our time as well as money and we can instantly give update to anyone. Its a very useful app in today’s life for me.
