A Fit case to be filed under section 420 of the I.P.C., Act and F.I.R., registered against the Company for cheating the consumers in short selling the product quantity at fixed maximum retail price. Besides other appropriate sections that would apply for conducting illegal business practice that too "Openly and in Broad Day Light". Equal blame lies on the Rateilors who do not divulge this information to their customers.
