User friendly
The controls of this machine are very easy to understand. You have to just push the three buttons ( 1, 2, 3) & your clothes will be washed & rinsed completely & nearly dried up by the machine itself. It has many modes of washing for different types of clothes & stains.
Durability
I will give it full marks for durability. I had bought this product in 2012 & still it is working without any hiccups. There has been only small problem for so many years. It’s water supply pipe was faulty once otherwise its working flawlessly.
Handy
Its very handy & we can move it throughout our house with the help of the wheel stand on which it is kept.
Style & design
Well style & design for a washing machine doesn’t matters but I must say that it is indeed a very good looking machine with sleek design.
Service & support
Whirlpool’s service is excellent & whenever we call for the technician he arrives within 24 hours. We had to call him because the water supply pipe was faulty.
