Very bad services of engineer at patparganj, East Delhi service center of whirlpool . I lodged complaint of my refrigerator not getting cold enough. Service engineer came and said the problem will be resolved after filling gas. He filled gas with a validity of 3 Months free services in case of problem persist. After a week when the fridge was not getting cold enough I called service engineer, he replied will come to see the issue. Again when he did not responded I called him back but now the engineer Mr Tiwari from patparganj is saying they will charge for it even though I am continuously complaining about this issue. Very bad service of workshop at Patparganj and engineer Mr Tiwari. Also when I lodged complaint against service center the whirlpool officials are favouring them only and we have to follows the directions given by workshop engineers only. I would suggest all not to buy whirpool product their product and service is very poor.
