The model I purchased about 2 and half years back. I was appreciated about this company by some of my reliable acquaintances. I checked the model at the shop and developed a better perception.
But, things proved against my perception after the purchase. The grips and stands inside are not durable. Most of them are plastic ware that breaks with little of careless or abrupt use that is always possible in a family with members of different age groups. Generally, a customer takes such damages to his own credit.
The body is quite flexible against the belief of its strength. The sheet is too thin to bear slight pushes of bumps. You will witness dents within a year or two.
Oh, defrosting is really a task to be done, you must schedule it against your other important tasks at home.
Now, I can say, the design and style and so common that it does not give it a special look, looks like any xyz model.
I cannot say about the customer care as I have not required them till now.
