Everyone of u know whirlpool. Know for its brand but as they say GOD is in detail. So here it is. I took a whirlpool refrigerator and had some problem in freezer so here come the service person and says to replace coil since 1 month I am a regular guy who call all the service people in Whirlpool.
Why all because I keep getting different people numbers to call many a time these people just wont pick your call and in gods grace if they pick they wont speak properly as they r in a hurry to drop the call from 10-20-30 days I am running behind all these people I have 8 different numbers now I and my family are going under the worst as refrigerator is a must in our day to day life .Well its 35th day and know what the customer service saysSir we will try to do it as fast as we can.
Well in past 35 days Ive lost my temper /peace/family peace and my health. Dear friends its up to you Ive learnt the hard way Never buy Whirlpool see its complaint its never withe product but 99% its after sale service.Thus pick a product with best after sale service.you will live longer. Happier.
