I purchased Whirlpool refrigerator not even one year back and it has been replaced once and now the replaced fridge which is almost 4 months old has a broken fan. Fridges are supposed to work for several years and this one is just four months old and has started giving trouble. Whenever I call up the customer service dept they say the engineer will come by today evening. I keep on waiting for the engineer at home and nobody arrives. This has been happening since past 15 days. Everyday I call up the cust service and they promise to send the engineer. I have emailed them several time but of no use. They dont respond to the emails as well.
I think if they cant provide the good after sales support they should stop selling their product. This is really frustating to be without fridge for such a long time. The food gets stale in few hours time as there is no cooling in the fridge.
