You pay full cash for a brand new product and receive a Damaged Product. How will be your heartbeat. Request for a Replacement and Refused. Again Hearbeat goes up.
My Very Very Bad Experience with the Whirl Pool Company and Dealer.
Purchased a QuickChill 220 L (Export model), they say from a Dealer named Godavari Sales Pune paying cash. The same piece I saw in the Demo was delivered. Black Dust on the Product, cable was damaged, pins were missing. Went back to the Dealer, didnt see the same piece in the Demo and requested for a replacement for sending the Demo piece. He denied and convinced that the Demo piece was sold to someone the same day. Convinced about the cable that this is the way export quality product looks like. I blamed on my Fate and returned.
Refrigerator was running ok, after few months, noticed that inner shelves are broken and taped. Hard to see those damages, because the shelves color is clear. Went to the Dealer and he denied to replace and asked to contact Whirlpool service. Two weeks continuous contact with the Service, 2 service personnal visited and nothing happened. They said, they will replace only shelves. I am insisting to get replacement because I am cheated by the Dealer and the Company. They both are Frauds and selling damanged/factory seconds/demo pieces at new Price.
Service manager incharge (named Anil) he said, came and visited. I asked for replacement, he denied and said he is the incharge, nothing I can do more. I asked him a question that Can you buy a pen if the cap handle is broken? Sincere professional answered yes if it writes well I will pay full money and buy. I told him to leave that no more arguments. This clearly says, the companys quality check is only Refrigerator has to function well. Not about the damages, look. And we customer idiots have to buy their Products paying full cash.
I really dont know how to deal with these fraud idiots. Consumer courts are there just for the namesake and these idiots are jumping. I really feel like that dumping that product in garbage and dump my feelings there and buy a new Refrigerator.
CHEATED and keeping the product makes me more and more nervous.
If these idiots working for the company in this situation, will they sit quiet. Company may be ready to replace the product to keep their reputation. These idiots are like priests before the Gods, SCREWING Customers happiness.
