I bought this machine in Feb 2013. Its under AMC till Feb 2016.
17th Nov. I lodged complaint no DL1115011261 for my whirlpool 360 degree bloomwash washing machine
18th Nov. Technician confirmed that a part is required to be replaced.
19th Nov. I got a call from the company that replacement of part is scheduled for 21st. Nobody came on 21st and 22nd.
23rd Nov. I called the technician, he said his office will directly communicate with me. I called toll free number. The operator said my complaint will be resolved in 24 hours. Technician has stopped responding to my calls.
24th Nov. I called toll free number, I was told my complaint has been escalated to higher levels.
25th Nov I called toll free number and insisted on speaking to someone at a higher level, I was told that I will positively receive a call at 4PM. No call came.
I am sick of this machine. It creates a problem every 3 months. I am sick of whirlpool customer service. This is my last purchase of any whirlpool product.
