I had purchased a whirlpool automatic washing machinestainwash ultra N62 wine 10 Ymw 31320 on 24.10.2018 vide invoice No K45/G/1819/1758 for Rs. 14800.00 fromK-45 lajpat Nagar Aarco One store.
From day one I am having problems with this machine as it tears off the clothes I put in the machine for washing. My 4-5 bedsheets have got torn and even daily use clothes have been torn. So much so that I am scared to wash clothes in the machine . I have to wash clothes by hand even after spending Rs.15000.00
The Whirlpool Company is not willing to replace the defective machine. After two years of rigorous followup they changed the TSP. But even now the Machine tears the clothes. When I pointed this to them they refused to accept that the bedsheet is torn by the machine. I am still washing the clothes by hand.
The machine delivered to me is defective since the very beginning. I am not able to use it. I have been requesting them to refund my money or replace the defective machine with a new machine.
The Co. is not willing to refund the amount and says that it is not under the market norms. But they can supply a defective machine to the customer- that is very much under the market norms.
