I had purchased the top loading automatic 7.2 kg washing machine in 2015 with 2 years warranty. In warranty period I renewed the warranty by taking 2 years AMC contract on paying Rs2960/-, recently my washing machine developed some fault in TSP (tub support plate) on calling service engineer he told me to purchse water filter and for chemical wash to clean the machine before repairing and checking the machine and an estimate of RS 4000/- was given while the machine is in AMC.As they can’t change for repair they force to take other asessries/ services which are not includedin AMC and are payable, otherwise they will not repair.
