We got a whirlpool double door refrigerator about an year ago. We started facing problems from day one itself. The fridge used to stop working all of a sudden. We filed a complain in whirlpool service center and they did not show up for the next couple of days. We had to get it repaired by another company and pay extra for that even when it was under warranty. It broke down again and then finally the Whirlpool serive guy showed up and then he replaced the part. It took around 2 weeks we had to suffer alot in that time period. The compressor broke down in some days again. I am not sure if Whirlpool has a testing department in their factory. I had so much of trust on this brand but I don’t think whirlpool products are worth buying.
