This whirlpool europa 312was bought in the year of 2000 for about 25000/- rupees and got totally disappointed.At that time this was the only machine available with capacity 7kg and front load.when I discussed with sales man they told it was italian made.As it was made in italy from the company whirlpool and I didnt thinked about another one.
After 3months the real problems started.This machine started to make some wild noises and when I said this to the customer care they told me that they would come and repair it.After a week they came and repaired it and after that the timer got damaged and it was totally workingless.After that also I called the customer care they said that they would come and repair it.after so many days they wouldn’t came after the warranty period they came and said that it would take about rupees 12000/- I was totally shocked and refussed to repair it.
Now its only a machine which is usefull for nothing
