- Product is good, cools well for now. Below are the issue lists.
day 1: after running 12 hours also cooling is not good.
called customer care, they told that there are no issues and first time it takes time to cool. I asked for demo.
day 2: Demo guy came, saw the issues, said no problem.
day 3: put cooler regulator in 7, it is cooling now.
day 4: Came from office, fridge is cold but not chilled, ice comportment: ice is melting. Is it the auto defrost system, I wondered! Never used auto defrost before. After sometimes again compressor started, everything back to normal.
day 5: Stopped cooling, inside temperature is little less than room temperature. Asked flipkart from replacement. Got an sms, some technician will visit my home next day(i.e. day 6).
day 6: Whole day, no one came.
day 6(night): Opened the fridge, all food items are rotten, smells like dustbin.
day 7: Got a call from the technician, he will visit my house. Technician came, w/o any checkup he replaced the thermostat.
day 8 onwards: Fridge is working fine, but keeping an eye on it, when it will fail again. Replacement request is canceled by flipkart as per technician feedback. Now my question is how come w/o any troubleshooting the technician knew the issue is with the thermostat? If he is that much experienced why couldnt he figure out the problem on day one, he figured out only after I asked for replacement.
