I own a double door fridge which I bought in 2021. Now from last 1month the cooling has come down.i called customer care before 2 days and conveyed the same.they said they would send a service advisor and it will be charged. But nobody called me nor came to my place to get it repaired.highly disappointed with the service. Requesting everyone pls don’t buy whirlpool products. Service is extremely bad and the my fridge got into repair in 1.5 yrs of buying. Not trust worthy product and service.
