In my home this Ac is used.the cooling effect of the Ac is good or up to average level.it is having heavy sound whih irritates us.Ac should be soundless, then only we can sleep well.otherwise it is irritating.service or maintainace is almost affordable.no complaints are there.it should be cleaned when dust enters into the filter to get good cooling.the main problem is that it take too much of electricity to work.beed high voltage.it may be because of 3 star.even though daily usage of this Ac make heavy electricity bill.it is the main problem what I face due to this Ac.so better to prefer 5 star Ac only while you buy.it may decrease the electricity bill & try to buy inverter Ac which will decrease very well the electricity.money we paid while bought was also too high.so comparing with money this product is not at all up to the level.so always you prefer 5 star Ac.
