I have recently ( 24th Apr’10) purchased Whirlpool Window air conditioner Mastermind Royale 1.5 tonne from Chitra Electronics, Jacobpura, Gurgaon. It has costed me Rs 19, 500 + Stabiliser+ installation ( Rs 22700) + Reebok shoes. Customer friendly showroom.
My initial choices were Carrier / Voltas but they seem to be slightly expensive. Positive review from a friend made me to have a look at Whirlpool. Value for Money, very efficient cooling have tilted my attention towards Whirlpool.
It has been around 3 weeks. Positives are Quick and efficient cooling . Amazed by the quick and prompt service . Negatives are Sound. I am not very happy with the sound the compressor makes when it’s working.Service engineers knowledge seem to be just OK. They need to improve on this.
