I bought Whirlpool purafresh elite almost 1 year back and since then I am having tough time. The RO is not working properly since then and engineer has visited my home several time.
Few parts have warranty of only 6 months and other 1 year and since mince is just over 1 year I had to shell out lots of money. The product is also faulty as the water keeps flowing(at a lesser speed) even after its filled and when complained about this whirlpool told me that a no return valve needs to be installed.
I want to ask why they didn’t include it at the first place while manufacturing the product. The filters are so expensive to change that with a cost of 4 filter I can buy another Water purifier(although not a RO). This is the worst product Whirlpool has ever made.
However I will appreciate their customer service as when ever the complaint was logged I got a prompt reply. Please never buy Whirlpool RO.
