I bought a purafresh water purifier two years before. Recently it developed some problem and all the filters had to be replaced. Again a few days before the flow of water become very less and on contacting the customer care an executive was sent and he suggested to get the pre carbon filter changed.
Since 28th December, 2011 I have been assured of getting the problem solved every day. Today I have called the customer at least six times and every time my call was put on hold to discuss the issue with the concerned seniors and promised to give a call regarding the same within an hour. but no call till 5 p.m. came. Do you have the right to sell such a product when water is termed as the elixir of life?
Anyway I on seeing the indifferent attitude of your company am going to sue in consumer court on Monday 09-01-2012. Perhaps only then you will be able to redress your customers problem of finding no water at home.
