This is really sad service company … problem was the fridge wasn’t cooling we logged in the complain and the service guy named Raghu Nath Das said there’s a part which needs to be replaced and charged me Rs.650/- ( bill attached) on the 13/8/24…. After repeated follow ups and couple of weeks later they called up to say the part wasn’t available….. now I fail to understand if the pet was not available why the delay , why the huge service charge, why couldn’t they inform earlier why no job sheet was peovided how do we know which part is a problemand what are we supposed to do now ?
