Dear whirlpool ,
I have purchased a whirlpool double door fridge one year back. But unfortunately in nov 2024 a fault occurred in the fridge as it stopped cool . On 23/11/24
I registered a complaint.after a 15days finally
technician visited but they don’t have any idea about the problem first he said compressor needs to be replaced.he took service charge and left .afte a week he visited and instead of compressor he change motherboard . He said company not providing compressor of this model . Fridge will be replaced in 15 days without any charges you have to pay only transportation fee and he left. After a week he called me said you have to pay 15k to replace new fridge.why do in need pay 15k for replacement my compressor is in warranty of 10years. I am simply asking them to repair it . I don’t want any new fridge.it has been a pathetic experience for me with whirlpool.I definitely never recommend anyone to buy it. They never say that in case your fridge develops a snags we will not be able to provide service and will replace only after paying 15k of the price.
