I have a single door Refrigerators. I have raised a complain for the refrigerator as it was not cooling. The technician came his name is Karan or kaushak don’t know his number is 981166xxxx. He came to my house on the very same day to see my fridge, and he said my fridge compressor got spoil and it will take max 3 days .and he took money of RS 4500 for the compressor and the fridge door. He went and it’s been now 15 days now no body receive my calls .... pathetic technician keep saying I am with customer now I will call u but he never call back. We called him more then 30 to 40 days and they give different different number to call but they never pick up the call ... customer care and theservice centre people are not responding well ..they give wrong information... service centre people also give wrong information and they don’t pick up the call at all....had a very bad experience.
