I have purchased whirlpool refrigerator single door in April 2023.From next day only problem started. I. e Sound is comming and ice is getting hard in the freezer. Called to service center. Sometimes they will pick the call and sometimes they will not picked the call also. Even engineers don’t know what is the problem. They visited 5 to 6 times to check. Simply they are taking the photo and sending to office. Lastly they changed the Thermostat but also problem is not solved. Very Worst product and service.
