Very worst experience with whirlpool product. Washing machine is not working after 4 month of purchase. Customer care sent technician after inspection they are asking for Rs 1470 charge for cleaning the machine from inside. I asked to repair the machine I did not need of cleaning the machine as it can be cleaned by own by washing with a chemical. But they did not repair the machine without getting it cleaned. I complain its customer care, mailed to their service head, higher authorities and even CEO many times but they don’t response and ignore all.
Don’t buy its product ever.
