Very poor after sales service..

Hope you are well


My name is Manas and I had purchased 1.5 ton split AC on the date of 30th April 2025 from Raj communication jaitpur Badarpur New Delhi pin code 110044,


After sometime the remote is not working and I tried so many times but still remote is not working at that point of time so I raise the complain on your customer support team there was one technician named Deepu he visited on my home and ask 1800 for a new remote, also my AC is under warranty so there is no need to charge any amount from the customer but still he has taken 900 rupees INR from me and now he is not responding to my call even I haven’t received my remote yet I am attaching the receipt copy below for your reference please look into it and get back to me as soon as possible and do me needful.


This is the biggest fraud I have ever heard about Whirlpool I am attaching the contact details of the technician as well just look into it..


Today in morning when I called the technician he was saying that now I am not available in Delhi I am in my hometown I cannot do anything he has provided one contact number name Salman Khan he is performing as an area manager in Jaitpur I have his contact details as well I am attaching the both contact numbers below you can find the attachment.


I need my resolution by today otherwise I have to take any offensive action regarding this in consumer court this is a fraud.
