I bought whirlpool fridge for rs.17500/- on 15/04/2024 from Ethirajajulu naidu shop parrys, chennai, Tamilnadu. When i purchased in shop they told to purchase fridge alone. This fridge doesn’t need stabilizer(in-built stablizer). We bought new plastic stand for fridge in the shop itself.
But while installation in our home. Whirlpool installation person said to buy stabilizer. Because its compulsory to buy stablizer. Then we are not responsible for the fridge. We bought stablizer for rs.1800
The fridge dont have any balance in back side. Front side only it has balancing. So the Fridge is always moving & shaking whenever we open the Fridge . Now , day before yesterday on 16.07.2024 i called the customer care. They said that they will send service person . After that 2 persons called me for the location & asking about the issue. Nobody has come. 3rd person called & said for this kind of issue i couldn’t come. U have to buy new whirlpool stand worth rs.1600/-.
Moral:
In the ethirajulu naidu shop itself they must told us to buy stand & stablizer. Shop salesmen wanted to sell their product. But whirlpool company doesn’t want this to happen. Because fridge(Rs.17500)+stand (rs.1600)+stablizer(rs.1800)
total - (Rs.20900)
So they are making strategy to buy all of their products. Very cheap strategy. Poor sales whirlpool & ethirajulu naidu.
