As I purchased a Whirlpool 3-door refrigerator in 2021, it worked well until last month. Suddenly, the refrigerators cooling became very poor, and the fruits and vegetables spoiled. I contacted customer service eight times this month. Each time, they gave a reference number and said a local executive would contact me within two hours, but I received no response. I am aware that the warranty has expired and am willing to pay for service, but no one has come. I think Whirlpool lacks a sufficient service team. I had a very bad experience with Whirlpool. I am now planning to discard the refrigerator and buy a different brand with better service support. If anyone is considering buying a refrigerator, I do not recommend Whirlpool based on my experience. Please avoid that brand.
