Very bad experience

Very very bad experience with whirlpool, in there after sales service, I bought a 1.5 ton split AC @ 30/4/2025, after 1 month the remote is not working. There was a internal problem in the Remote. I raised a complain in whirlpool customer service. They told me that your product is in under warranty there will be no charges for new remote, after the visit of technitian he is telling me that you have to pay Rs 1800/-, I called the area manager, Mr Salman khan, he was very rude and telling me that you have to pay Rs 2250/- fir new remote. They are such a greedy leaders. Pathetic service of whirlpool. Never recommend to buy any product from them....
