Pathetic Service

We purchased a Whirlpool Sensation in early 2005 from Girias, Sadashiv Nagar, Bangalore.  The machine works well if and when it works.


The last year, we damaged the door lock of the machine. The replacement took more than 45 days.  Visits to the service centre did not help.  They do not stock spare parts. Girias gave the number fo somebody in the company.  he was as helpless as the call centre and had no answer.


Currently, the machine is not working. The drum is not rotating.  We have contacted the call centre on the 1st and have been calling them ever since. The staff there are so helpless that they have given us the telephone numbers of the service engineers.  However, incoming calls have been barred on one of the numbers and the other one is switched off!!!


All this when the machine is under a service contract.


Can anybody help?
