Giving 1 start because marking zero or negative is not an option!
We made a mistake by purchasing the Whirlpool refrigerator last year on 7th April and this year just 10 days after the warrenty was over the fridge stopped working and we got all useless and convenient answers like stabilizer, fulctuaion power failures and using fridge on generators. Then after filing the compliant and waiting for 4 days the technichian visited and informed that a part costing 4500 needs to be changed along with the visit charges. And after changing the part, the fridge stopped working completly. Now I am wondering how much more would they ask us to pay.
I dont know how anything stops working just after the warrenty is over and not when ther warrenty was active. This simply seems that the products are being produced in such a way that they start eating money as soon as the warrenty ends.
Technicians are also ABUSIVE! All they are intersted is in the money and not the service or product.
